  • It could be a phone problem. When there was the national blackout a few months back that lasted a few hours, my phone never recovered. Same symptoms as your phone is having, couldn't send/receive calls and texts and phone being in emergency mode. Had to have it replaced through warranty.
  • Yea either your phones SIM card reader went out or the SIM card in the phone went out.

  • Do not tell me what to do. You're not my mom and never will be.
  • I’ve had it for about a year with no problems. Did have to request an extender as it wouldn’t reach throughout my house at setup (weird cause previous internet reached just fine). But after that initial hiccup it’s been smooth sailing.
  • I’ve never had any problems since owning last few years.
  • Had mine since Feb '23 with no issues. Did have a no service for about 12 hours one day, but it was a tower issue because my phone had no service at home either. Other than that, rock solid. About 320 down (capped at 300).
