  • I've been on Quora every day since August 2016, and I've literally never seen this. However, it does show you things related to past searches, so I think this is all on you. Did you report the question, profile or message? There is a specific reporting category for child exploitation and sexual imagery.

  • Ya don’t. Quora didn’t support details since like 2019 or so. Just make an overly long question. Also questions on Quora must be generic enough that they will help several people, as opposed to being a specific enough situation that only helps you. If you don’t like that, Quora is not the right place to ask the question. You absolutely can ask new questions, it’s just that it first suggests other existing questions, but you can still ask your own. The UI really sucks when it comes to that.
