Is there a maximum amount of users you can block on Facebook? I keep getting an error

Over the past years I have blocked hundreds of users and now when I tried blocking someone but I got an error saying "there was a problem when blocking the user. Please try again later".

• Facebook is intentionally and completely broken. I just noticed today that they took away the option to report fake profiles unless they are impersonating someone..and even then, I doubt they remove them.
• Every once in a while go through your blocked list, see if there are any you can unblock. I’m sorry I don’t know the answer to your question, but that’s something I do & it might help.
• Just block everyone by deleting your account. Problem solved.
• I haven’t been prevented from blocking the ton of accounts I’ve blocked. E.g., Whenever I get a Friend Request from a catfish, I block that one and associated accounts. I search the name, and find a ton more accounts ready-to-go, so I block each one until I see FB’s auto message pop up relaying that they’ll do their best (hah!) to keep them away. I also block accounts of people(?) who give flirtatious replies to my comments on public posts (e.g., business reviews).
