  • Good to know, thanksfor the heads-up. I usually stay far away from suppliers with these kinds of schemes. Missed this one though.
  • It’s an annual renewal though? It’s not like they hide it from you? Imagine if you were using it and then because you didn’t manually sign up for another year the service gets cancelled? You would be on here complaining too.. additionally this has nothing to do with their support you didn’t read the contract, that’s not their fault
  • Yeah they're preposterous for that. It's the same for monthly seats. Just pro-rate it like every normal SaaS business does.
  • I think it is the PE takeover effect.
