  • Hi, are you sure the email address you're receiving these emails from isn't added in as a support email address? Because that's what generally causes it. If it's a distribution list you'd want to check the email. is a part of DL. Happy to jump on a quick call to see what's causing this. Disclaimer: I'm not zendesk certified but I handle all the admin aspects of Zendesk for my org.

  • I also recommend checking out the app in the marketplace called Help Centre Manager by SwiftEQ, fairly cheap and can help a lot with fixing up your HC like you’re looking for here. :)
