  • If you can share your ticket number we can look through the history here and respond. Based on the notes above, and without looking at the details: The Lock is designed to rotate 90 degrees, which should be sufficient for most deadbolts. If that rotation is not being transferred via the tailpiece, it can result in the Lock not being fully retracted or extended. We can advise on this via the support ticket. The Keypad should not lose connection, and is something we can work through. The Doorbell is a little harder to diagnose through the limited notes here, but we will investigate further when we have mode details.
  • So the good news is that James from Abode was able to take care of my return. His service was quick and effective, and I only wish I still had use/need of the abode lock and doorbell so he could help me through fixing them But understanding it's already been many many weeks of trying he was able to help me get the resolution I needed. So thank you James for spearheading this, and I hope anyone with issues finds James to help them !

  • Thanks - we are discussing this process internally. Currently, when deleting a device that is associated with a CUE Automation, that CUE Automation will also be removed, as without the device it is CUE is no longer invalid. The support interaction has been raised internally for future improvement.

  • Omg, exact same thing happen to me and support is currently giving me the run around. I just want my free month that was promised. So far the beep is so annoying even with it lowered compare to Nest and I miss the quiet open so much :/
  • If I logon via the web app, and go to Account, then Billing, then click on "Invoices" at the top, I can see when my plan last renewed. It does not tell me for how long though...I know last time I paid for a year, but still, Abode should do better at that.
