BY COMPLETING THE SERVICE REGISTRATION FORM AND CLICKING THE "I HAVE READ AND AGREED" BUTTON, YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER, THAT YOU AGREE TO PROVIDE TRUE AND ACCURATE INFORMATION AS PROMPTED BY THE REGISTRATION FORM, AND THAT YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT.

Entireweb reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove all or part of the Agreement at any time with or without notice. Please refer back to this Agreement often.

Technical Guidelines:
The URL must render a live web page. For example, it should not generate any error messages such as "file not found." Note that unavailable web pages will be re-spidered during subsequent spider runs but pages that repeatedly generate an error message may not be included in the database at Entireweb.

The web page must be accessible to our spider (Speedy Spider) and must not reside on a secure server (eg https://), use any blocking technologies, or require a username, password, cookie or other authentication.

The web page must contain visible text (not graphics only).

The URL may not contain the following:

• Non-printing characters (ASCII value 0-31)
• Spaces (32)
• International characters (ASCII value 127-255)
• Foreign characters: @ ! $ ^ * ( ) ~ ` (ASCII values 64, 33, 36, 94, 42, 40, 41, 126, 96

The URL itself must not be more than 255 characters long. The URL should not use frames to display the text. The URL should not use Javascript, Meta refresh or other scripts to load a substitute URL. The URL should not redirect to a resource not residing on the same server, domain or subdomain. This is not allowed for Express Inclusion pages.

Once a URL is ordered, subsequent changes that do not meet the following terms may require you to purchase additional URLs:

• Changes due to typographical error will be allowed only within 30 days of the initial submission.
• No URL that is later changed may ever be reactivated by the Customer.

Limitations of Reseller Conduct:
Participants of the Entireweb Reseller Program are obliged to accept as clients only third-party entities. Clients that do not qualify include, but are not limited to, the reseller itself or any entity, individual or organization in which the reseller has any financial or personal interest, or where any potential for future such interest exists. In particular, resellers are not allowed to purchase URLs through their own reseller accounts. Entireweb.com reserves, at its sole discretion, the right to define which clients are permitted for any particular reseller and the right to impose any sanction it may see fit against unqualified reseller conduct. Sanctions may include loss of all or part of a reseller's commission or termination of the reseller account.

Editorial Guidelines:
The web page must not display any illegal content, or offer any products or services that may be or are misleading or illegal, including without limitation any content, products, or services which violate or infringe any legal obligations or the rights or a third party.

The web page must not utilize previously abandoned URLs, where the implied content of the URL is not accurately represented by the URL, its title, or its description.

Submissions should not include references in the URL, Title, Keywords, Description or Body to brand names or products not sold on the destination page unless the reference is clearly used to provide a comparative reference to the brand name or product for the user. Entireweb is not responsible for monitoring submissions for compliance and any issues, which may arise from misleading references, shall be your sole responsibility.

Entireweb brands may not be used to imply affiliation with or an endorsement by, Entireweb. Entireweb branding - logos or proprietary images from Entireweb or any of Entireweb' brands - cannot be used within an advertisement without prior approval. This restriction may be applied at the sole discretion of Entireweb, to any portion of any submission to the Express Inclusion program.

Spam Restrictions:
Our mission is to provide the most relevant search results on the Internet. Unfortunately, sometimes website owners attempt to manipulate our search results through a technique called "spam." Spamming is the practice of purposely deceiving a search engine into returning a result that is unrelated to a user's query, or that is ranked artificially high in the result set. Examples of such manipulation include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Web pages containing deceptive text
• Web pages with intentionally misleading links
• Web pages in Groups with deceptive self linking referencing patterns
• Web pages with off-topic or excessive keywords
• Web pages with duplicate content
• Web pages that show different content than the spidered pages
• Fabricated pages designed to lead users to other web pages
• Metadata that does not accurately describe the content of a web page
• Web pages that misuse affiliate or referral programs

Since these misleading and promotional techniques lower the value of our search engine, Entireweb does not allow the practitioners of these and other spam techniques to be a part of the Search Engine Database.

You represent and warrant that you permit, and have the right to permit, Entireweb to use the URL for purposes of the Express Inclusion Program, that the URLs you submit do not contain or point to harmful code, or content which is illegal, infringes on the rights of others, or is harmful to visitors to such URLs. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Entireweb for any breach of these representations and warranties.

Relationship of Parties:
You (the Client) and Entireweb.com are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between the parties. You will have no authority to make or accept any offers or representations on behalf of Entireweb.com. You will not make any statement, whether on your web site or otherwise, that reasonably would contradict anything in this Section.

In accordance with Swedish law, the Client may, for any reason, reverse their purchase and receive a full refund within 14 business days of the initiation of the payment. After 14 business days, refunds are allowed only at Entireweb.com's discretion.

Company and Client consider email transmitted via the Services to be the private correspondence of the sender. Neither Company nor Client will monitor, edit, or disclose the contents of a User's private communications, except that User agrees that Company, Client, and their third party service providers may do so: (a) as required by law; (b) to comply with legal process; (c) if necessary to enforce this Agreement; (d) to respond to claims that such contents violate the rights of third parties; or (e) to protect the rights or property of Company, Client, its third party service providers, or others. If you register with Entireweb.com or any of Entireweb.com's affiliated sites you accept to receive email news from Entireweb.com. However, you have the option to unsubscribe your email address from these news in your account settings.

Limitation of Liability:
Entireweb.com will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program, even if Entireweb.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Miscellaneous:
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the state of Halland, Sweden, without reference to rules governing choice of laws. Any action relating to this Agreement must be brought in the federal or courts located in the state of Halland, Sweden, and you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of such courts. You may not assign this Agreement, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. Subject to that restriction, this Agreement will be binding on, inure to the benefit of, and enforceable against the Parties and their respective successors and assigns. Entireweb.com?s failure to enforce your strict performance of any provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of Entireweb.com?s right to subsequently enforce such provision or any other provision of this Agreement.
