1. Registration
To register as an Affiliate, you must complete and submit a registration application via the page on The Entireweb.com Web site to which you will be linked after indicating your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Entireweb Team will evaluate your application and, upon acceptance, enroll you in the Program. Entireweb.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject your application or terminate your enrollment in the Program for any reason. Entireweb.com generally will reject or terminate Affiliates that operate sites containing pornographic or adult-themed material, get rich quick schemes, products or services involving deceptive marketing practices, hate messages or any other content which fails to maintain Entireweb's high standards, good image and reputation, or which Entireweb believes to be obscene or indecent or otherwise objectionable.

2. Links to The Entireweb.com Web site
Once you have been accepted into the Program as an Affiliate, you may provide a link on your web site to the Entireweb.com Web site, subject to the following terms and conditions. Entireweb.com may make available to you, at its discretion, graphic images, text links or other material (collectively "Entireweb Material") that identifies your web site as an Affiliate and creates a link to The Entireweb.com Web site.
You also may provide a link to The Entireweb.com Web site as described above, in your e-mail correspondence, subject to the following limitations: 
You may use links to The Entireweb.com Web site in your regular, daily personal or professional e-mail communications, for example by inserting a Special Link in your e-mail "signature." 

LINKS TO THE Entireweb.com WEB SITE IN ANY UNSOLICITED BULK, JUNK OR SPAM E-MAIL OR NEWSGROUP COMMUNICATIONS ARE  INELIGIBLE FOR THE PROGRAM AND YOUR USE OF SUCH LINKS WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE TERMINATION AND POTENTIAL LEGAL ACTION.
To permit accurate tracking, reporting, and Commission accrual, Entireweb.com will provide you with authorized "tagged" link formats to be used in all links between your web site and The Entireweb.com Web site. You must ensure that each of the links between your web site and the Entireweb.com Web site properly utilizes such tagged link formats. Links to The Entireweb.com Web site placed on your web site pursuant to this Agreement and which properly utilize such authorized link formats are referred to as "Authorized Links." You will only earn Commission with respect to Entireweb.com's sales as described in Section 3 below. Entireweb.com will not be liable to you with respect to any failure by you to use Authorized Links, including to the extent that such failure may result in any reduction of amounts which would otherwise be paid to you pursuant to this Agreement.

3. Commission
Entireweb.com will pay you commissions earned, within 60 days of the end of each month provided that the amount owed to you is more than your minimum payment setting or more.
In the event that your earned commissions are less than your minimum payment setting, Entireweb.com at its option reserves the right to accrue this amount and add it to the subsequent month’s commissions.
If it is later found that the customer's purchase was refunded, we retain the right to withhold any payments to you resulting from that individual's purchases. The affiliate scheme relies on cookies to track customers. If for whatever reason, the customer isn't using cookies, or the cookie expires or the customer deletes the cookie, they cannot be tracked and you will not earn commission for any sales that customer may make.

• Express Inclusion: Promote Entireweb's fast page inclusion program and earn 20% commission on each sale. 
• SpeedyAds: Earn 20% commission for each deposit of funds to a SpeedyAds pay-per-click advertising account. 
• Newsletter Advertising: Priced from $150.00 and upwards where you earn 20% commission on each sale. 
• Affiliate: Promote the affiliate system itself and earn a 2nd-tier commission of 10% of whatever commission your referred affiliates earn!;

4. Fraud
Entireweb.com retains the right to review all commissions for possible fraud. Any incidence of fraud constitutes a breach of this Agreement, and Entireweb.com retains full authority to terminate this Agreement immediately.

4. Responsibility for Your Web site
You will be solely responsible for the operation, maintenance, and content of your web site and for all materials that appear on your web site including, without limitation, ensuring that the materials posted on your web site are accurate and do not defame or violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party (including, for example, copyrights, trademarks, privacy, or other personal or proprietary rights). You agree to indemnify and hold Entireweb.com, its subsidiaries and affiliates harmless from all claims, damages, and expenses (including, without limitation, attorneys' fees) relating to the operation, maintenance, and contents of your web site.

5. Representations and Warranties
You hereby represent and warrant that your web site and the content, goods and services offered through your web site do not: 
(i) violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation or promote illegal activities; 
(ii) contain or promote obscene materials;
(iii) promote violence;
(iv) promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age;
(v) contain content which is defamatory, trade libelous, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing; 
(vi) include any of Entireweb.com´s trademarks or service marks, or variations or misspellings thereof, in your domain names; or (vii) send bulk, junk or spam e-mail.

You further represent and warrant that:
(i) you have full authority to enter into this Agreement; 
(ii) all obligations owed to third parties with respect to the activities contemplated to be undertaken by you pursuant to this Agreement are or will be fully satisfied by you, so that Entireweb.com will not have any obligations with respect thereto; (iii) the Content on your web site does not infringe or violate copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights of any third party.
(iv) you will comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws in the performance of your obligations hereunder.

6. Term and Termination
The Term of this Agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your Program application. Either Party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause. Entireweb may withhold your final payment for a reasonable time to ensure that the correct amount is paid.

7. Modification
Entireweb.com reserves the right to modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, at any time and in our sole discretion. Modifications may include, for example, Commission schedules, payment procedures, and Program rules. IF ANY MODIFICATION IS UNACCEPTABLE TO YOU, YOUR ONLY RECOURSE IS TO TERMINATE THIS AGREEMENT.

8. Relationship of Parties
You and Entireweb.com are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between the parties. You will have no authority to make or accept any offers or representations on behalf of Entireweb.com. You will not make any statement, whether on your web site or otherwise, that reasonably would contradict anything in this Section. This is a non-exclusive agreement as to Entireweb.com and Affiliate. Both parties may enter into similar agreements with other parties.

9. Limitations of Affiliate Conduct:
Participants of the Entireweb Affiliate Program are obliged to accept as clients only third-party entities. Clients that do not qualify include, but are not limited to, the affiliate itself or any entity, individual or organization in which the affiliate has any financial or personal interest, or where any potential for future such interest exists. In particular, affiliates are not allowed to purchase URLs through their own affiliate account. Entireweb.com reserves, at its sole discretion, the right to define which clients are permitted for any particular affiliate and the right to impose any sanction it may see fit against unqualified affiliate conduct. Sanctions may include loss of all or part of a affiliate's commission or termination of the affiliate account.

10. Limitation of Liability
Entireweb.com will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program, even if Entireweb.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Further, our aggregate liability arising with respect to this Agreement and the Program will not exceed the total Commissions paid or payable to you under this Agreement.

11.Disclaimers
Entireweb.com makes no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the Program or any products or services sold through the Program (including, without limitation, warranties of fitness, merchantability, noninfringement, or any implied warranties arising out of a course of performance, dealing, or trade usage).  In addition, Entireweb.com makes no representation that the operation of The Entireweb.com Web site will be uninterrupted  or error-free, and Entireweb.com will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors.

12. Miscellaneous
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the state of Halland, Sweden, without reference to rules governing choice of laws. Any action relating to this Agreement must be brought
in the federal or courts located in the state of Halland, Sweden, and you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of such courts. You may not assign this Agreement, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent.  Subject to that restriction, this Agreement will be binding on, inure to the benefit of, and enforceable against the Parties and their respective successors and assigns.  Entireweb.com's failure to enforce your strict performance of any provision of this Agreement will not constitute a  waiver of Entireweb.com's right to subsequently enforce such provision or any other provision of this Agreement.
