Entireweb is currently looking to fill the following positions:

Web/Graphic Designer

Entireweb is looking for an excellent web designer with an understanding of graphic design to join our young, fun-loving development team. The position is based at our headquarters in Halmstad, Sweden.

  • Experience with Photoshop, Flash, Dreamweaver and similar tools.
  • Able to produce both standards-compliant, search engine friendly as well as browser-compatible Web content.
  • Some understanding of Web and LAMP techniques (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) is a big plus.
  • Excellent English written and oral communication skills (Swedish is a plus).
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and with the insight that some things needs to be done right, others fast.

Software Engineers

Entireweb is constantly looking for talented software engineers to help us create the search and advertising technology of tomorrow. Based in Halmstad, Sweden.

  • Excellent C programming skills.
  • Solid understanding of LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP), Web (HTTP, HTML, JavaScript, XML) and Linux (SVN, Make, gcc, bash, valgrind) techniques.
  • Comfortable working with algorithm and data structure theory and implementation, operating system and hardware performance issues, Unix/Linux internals and large-scale distributed applications.
  • BS or MS in Software Engineering, Mathematics or similar.
  • Experience from Information Retrieval, Computational Linguistics or similar field is a plus.
  • Excellent English written and oral communication skills (Swedish is a plus).
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and with the insight that some things needs to be done right, others fast.

Students

We offer exciting Master Thesis opportunities to students majoring in e.g. Computer Science, Information Technology and Mathematics. We currently cooperate with the departments for Information Technology and Mathematics at Lund Institute of Technology.
